The terms for using Bulin47 Video, uploading photos, buying video packs, and sharing AI-generated results.

These terms describe use of Bulin47 Video at bulin47video.me. The site is currently a preview. Video generation and checkout are available only when the creator indicates that the service is ready. The operator's legal identity, support contact, and final sales terms will be published before paid launch.

The service

Bulin47 Video is an independent AI freestyle video tool. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Bulin 47 or any artist featured in related trends.

The standard generation is a 15-second video at 720p, delivered without audio. Generation creates new frames; it does not guarantee an exact likeness, an exact copy of an existing clip, or an unchanged background. Site artwork identified as concept artwork is not a sample generated by the live service.

Your account and uploads

You must be at least 18 to use paid generation. Keep account credentials secure, and provide an email address you can access.

Upload only photos you own or have permission to use, with the pictured adult's consent. By submitting a photo, you authorize the service and its providers to process that photo as needed to create and deliver your requested video.

Do not use the service to create deceptive impersonation, non-consensual intimate content, abuse, unlawful content, or material that infringes another person's rights. Do not use a generated video to falsely imply an endorsement or a real event.

Prices and credits

Prices and included generations are shown before checkout. Purchases are one-time video packs, not subscriptions. One standard generation uses 10 credits. The displayed offer describes how many credits the pack contains.

A new generation is a new attempt and may consume additional credits even when you use the same photo. Results are variable; purchasing a generation does not guarantee a particular creative outcome or a level of social engagement.

Credits have no cash value outside the service. Availability of unused credits does not guarantee that the service will operate indefinitely. Any applicable expiry or other purchase conditions must be shown before payment.

Failed jobs and payment problems

A technically failed generation and a completed video you do not like are different outcomes. Check the task status and your credit history before starting another attempt. If a credit remains missing after a failed task, retain the task and order references for support.

The final refund process, response channels, and any additional purchase terms will be published before paid checkout is enabled. Nothing in these terms removes rights that apply to you under mandatory consumer law.

Downloads do not include the original artist's recording, voice, or song. You are responsible for obtaining permission for audio and other material you add, and for following the rules of the platform where you publish.

The service does not grant ownership of third-party content or promise that an AI output qualifies for copyright protection. Label generated content where required and review each result before sharing it.

Availability and changes

Processing times can vary and are not guaranteed. The service may be interrupted by technical problems or provider availability. Features, prices, and these terms may change; review the offer shown when you make a purchase.
