This policy applies to uploads, AI generation, results, accounts and sharing through Bulin47 Video. The operator is 蔡鑫彬, China. Contact 2226518459@qq.com for content reports, rights complaints or appeals.

Prohibited content and uses

  1. Pornography and NSFW: no sexual activity, sexual exploitation, explicit nudity, sexualized manipulation, or services that remove clothing from real people.
  2. Violence and gore: no graphic injuries, torture, abuse, threats, promotion of violence, or material encouraging self-harm.
  3. Hate speech: no dehumanization, harassment, extremist propaganda, or hatred targeting protected characteristics.
  4. Child-unsafe content and CSAM: no sexual or exploitative content involving children, real or synthetic. Do not upload minors or request videos depicting minors; this service is for adults only.
  5. Deepfakes and impersonation: no face swapping onto another real person's body, deceptive identity replacement, fabricated endorsements or statements, or making a real person appear in an event they did not take part in. Do not upload public figures, celebrities or politicians. Consent alone does not make an otherwise prohibited feature acceptable.
  6. Copyright and trademark infringement: no unauthorized use of recordings, footage, photos, characters, logos, trademarks or other protected material. Do not remove ownership marks or imply a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.

Also prohibited are fraud, privacy invasion, attempts to bypass screening, unauthorized access, and abuse of payments or credits.

Real-person uploads and AI disclosure

Upload only your own adult portrait or a portrait you have the rights and the pictured adult's informed permission to use. Permission to view or download an online photo is not permission to animate it. Do not upload identity documents or sensitive private information.

Generation creates synthetic frames using Seedance 2 Mini via Kie.ai. Outputs must not be represented as footage of a real event. Label them as AI-generated when sharing. The service does not grant permission to use third-party template material or remove any rights holder's protections.

Platform screening and current availability

Before submitting a generation request, we scan the actual selected server prompt with Waffo Prompt Sift using semantic enforcement. Only an explicit approved decision permits submission to the generation provider. A review decision, rejection or service outage does not permit generation; reserved credits are released for a later retry.

Our current platform screening covers text prompts only. Prompt Sift does not inspect uploaded photos or generated videos. Photos undergo file-format and size validation, and users must confirm their upload rights and adult status. These measures are not image-content analysis or age verification. Generation is also subject to the generation provider's restrictions. An approved prompt does not certify the resulting video's safety, rights or accuracy.

Automatic classifiers can miss prohibited content or flag permitted content. Age estimates are not proof of age, and screening cannot establish consent, identity or copyright ownership. We also investigate user reports and may request clarification or restrict access. The website has no public gallery or user publishing feed.

Enforcement

Depending on the issue, we may refuse a request, withhold a result, remove access to content, warn a user, restrict features, or suspend or terminate an account. Confirmed failed generations follow our Refund Policy. We may retain necessary evidence or make reports where required by law.

Reporting and appeals

Email 2226518459@qq.com with the subject Content report or Appeal, the relevant task or URL, a description of the issue, and a way to contact you. Rights holders should explain the rights affected and the relationship to the material. We aim to acknowledge reports within 3 business days, prioritize urgent safety issues, assess the evidence, and respond with the action we can disclose.

Do not email suspected illegal sexual material involving children. Send a task reference or a description instead. We may ask for limited additional information needed to resolve the report.
